The Pros; The staff was very welcoming and professional. The room was very clean, with crisp, white bedding and well organized with in-room coffee and ice. The marketplace was easy to maneuver and the breakfast buffet had a good selection. The cons (mainly room specific): When showering in the late afternoon/early evening, the shower temperature did not get higher than just above luke warm. I am some who likes piping hot showers. So, this was a downside for me. The silicone stripping on the shower door was slacking off in some areas and the bathroom sink wouldn’t drain overnight (after it filled to 1/3 full while I was brushing my teeth). The room itself stayed at about 75 degrees, during my entire stay, despite lowering the thermostat to 65 with the cooling fan on. The bed and pillows were a little to firm for my taste but great if you like super firm beds and thick memory foam pillows. Outside of the room, only one out of three elevators were in operation. Overall: Though I did have a wonderfully clean room, plant based smell good shower essentials, fantastic front desk/wait staff and eventually a nights sleep, I will probably stick with my usual hotel chain.
